Great product

Using a RAINBOW heating mat helped me to alleviate muscle tension and back pain. I also incorporate it with other self-care practices such as exercise and stretching. Great product for its price.

Order never arrived, and company refused to work with me

My $852.71 order of a HealthyLine Platinum 4018 Mat, made via ebay, never arrived, despite the tracking provided by the company showing so. Upon reaching out to the company, the company did not attempt to reconcile or work with me towards a solution, but simply stated that their systems showed that it was delivered. I will no longer do business with this company.

It is unfortunate to know that you did not receive our amazing product. 
Once the package is shipped from our warehouse, we have no authority over the shipping company. 
It is up to the customer to follow up with the tracking number. If the tracking information of a shipment shows delivery issues or shipment issues, it is important to reach out to make a claim with the carrier and inform us of the situation within 3 days. 
We can open a claim on our end.

As we can see from the history we sent you message with product information and a reminder that your product was shipped on November 22nd.
The package was delivered on November 28th and your first attempt to contact us mentioning any issues was on January 6th.
It's unfortunate that you notify us only after 39 days that you didn't get the package when we thought you happily using your product

You can still file a claim with UPS but unfortunately, there's nothing we can help you with from our end.

So happy I found HealthyLine Outlet!

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical going with a “best deal” item. When I got it, it was in phenomenal condition and worked like a charm. Have only used a few times and already feeling a difference! 10/10!!
