I always have a lovely experience when I visit this shop. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but I especially wanted to mention Sarah, who has been absolutely fantastic on my last couple of visits.

Sarah really goes above and beyond. She spent so much time with me, listening to what I needed and offering genuinely helpful advice, ideas and alternatives. She even helped me reduce my costs by suggesting different ways of feeding my dogs, including alternative products and packaging options, as well as practical ways I could make things more affordable.

On my next visit, she was just as helpful. She suggested natural alternatives and remedies, gave me ideas to help keep my puppy calm, and helped me choose the right harness and lead. She fitted it for me, showed me exactly how to use it, explained why she recommended that particular one, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before I left.

You can really tell that Sarah cares about the animals and genuinely wants to help people, rather than simply selling products. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind, and she is a real asset to the team.

You really need to give this woman a raise and keep her forever! 😂 She is absolutely brilliant. Thank you, Sarah, for all your help! 🐾

Finding a proper harness for a dainty, 3.8kg Toy Terrier is nearly impossible. Most options are far too bulky or slide around. Crucially, standard harnesses completely failed to meet the exacting specifications of her canine physiotherapist and vet.

I bought the Blue-9 Balance Harness from Healthy Pet Store last week and it has proved to be equal to the challenge. The X-Small size is ideal for my dog’s delicate build. It does take some trial and error to get the fit exactly right. Because there are six independent points of adjustment, expect it to take a few goes to perfect. I currently have a tiny bit of sliding around her trunk, but the other adjustments are spot on, and the tailored customisation is unmatched.

My vet strongly emphasises that keeping pressure completely off the neck is in the interest of all dogs—especially the smallest ones, who are highly prone to throat and neck injuries when walked on collars and leads. This harness achieves exactly that. Her physiotherapist also highly approves of the ergonomics; it sits well clear of her armpits to prevent chafing and allows completely unrestricted shoulder mobility.

The buckle-neck feature is a lifesaver for head-shy dogs, clipping effortlessly around the neck like a normal collar.

While my little one is not a strong puller and is not reactive, this harness would be absolutely ideal for dogs that are. The two points of attachment—one on the front chest and one on the back—give the owner maximum control and significantly minimise a dog's ability to pull hard. It is lightweight, secure, and a vital safety investment for small, daintily built dogs.

There was a slight mix up with receiving our order but once I had emailed asking where the order was it was quickly rectified and we even received a treat for our dog as an apology as well as a refund on the delivery fee. Harness is great and customer service was fantastic. Thank you 😊

Everything was well packaged, and the products were kept in an improvised freezer. The order was delivered in the morning, but when I opened it in the evening, everything was still frozen. Top quality! Well done, I highly recommend it.
