From the very beginning to the very end, Ann and the team have been absolutely incredible, and I cannot thank them enough for the support, care, and dedication they have shown me.

They took the time to visit my home and carefully assess my working needs due to my scoliosis, ensuring that the chair and desk provided would give me the comfort and support I needed. I was also invited to their office, where I was able to try different chairs and find the one that was the perfect fit for me.

The level of customer care I received throughout the entire process was exceptional. From placing my order right through to the delivery of my chair and desk, I was kept fully updated, and every step was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their willingness to go above and beyond has made such a positive difference to my everyday life. My company has now also asked Ann and the team to provide an identical chair and desk setup for me when I am working in the office, which shows just how much confidence we have in their service and expertise.

From the application to the assessment it was all very professional, quick and easy. Jan was lovely and very knowledgable.

Staff member who came to do my assessment was very empathetic to my situation, they were very knowledgeable in trying a new chair and amending my current chair. Excellent communication from the main office about appointment and delivery etc

They were amazing!! Fast to arrange an assessment and identified multiple ideas to help make my work space and room more appropriate for my medical condition. An appointment was made not long after to deliver and assemble the equipment. I was then shown how to use each thing. They were all lovely people and i would 100% recommend.

Perfect service from start to finish. Jan was friendly and helpful when she assessed me at home and Phill was equally as helpful and knowledgeable when he delivered the equipment in a very quick turn around time. A very personable experience. On a different level to experiences I have had in the past with similar companies. The equipment fits perfectly and is going to make a massive difference for my working with my chronic condition. Would definitely return and recommend.

I visited Healthy Workstations for a chair assessment and advice on a suitable chair for when I work from home. I suffer with osteoarthritis especially in my lower back which is aggravated when I’m sitting for short periods so I try to arrange my stand desk and environment to allow me to be as mobile as practicable.
The service and chair I chose which has multiple permutations for adjustment has been a significant help, I purchased the chair privately I was able to get something that suited me best which was not cheap but it’s essential to have a chair that meets your needs and can be adjusted to accommodate changes in my professional opinion.
I fully endorse Healthy Workstations for anyone looking for equipment/seating/peripherals as they have all manner of options and support.

The perfect chair: Excellent company with wonderful staff. Anne who is the director, could not do enough to help. We purchased the Grahl "duo back" chair with head rest, a pillow and a lovely foot rest. They arranged delivery and ensured everything was set up right. Will definitely come back for more items. Wow, finally a company that still understands what customer service is all about! I can’t rate them highly enough - from Jan who came out and spent time understanding my needs as to what equipment I needed, through Ian, who kept me updated by phone, all the way to Phil, who delivered my equipment and made sure I understood how it all worked.
Then, when I wasn’t completely happy with my chair (not their fault), they took time again to listen and understand what the problem was and find me an alternative chair, which Phil delivered this morning.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a better service, thank you so much everyone!

I cannot recommend highly enough. Received my chair several years ago but after several office moves and then taking it home, it had suffered from some wear and tear and needed some maintenance. Contacted Jan who couldn’t not have been more helpful. After months of me moaning, Jan was able to talk me through carrying out some quick tasks which saw my chair be as good as new! Great customer service and aftercare. Thank you Jan for being a star and for having patience with us!

Absolutely top drawer service!
Absolutely top drawer service! I had a fiddly problem with my office chair provided by HWS back in December 2020. They returned my call very promptly. Jan talked me through the chair's functions and although this didn't prove successful I was subsequently able to solve the problem easily by following a very helpful video which Jan already had sent to me. So, I was sitting back down on my office chair very comfortably within short space of time of having raised the problem.

From point of contact to supply of items and everything in between all of the staff were polite informative and most helpful. The needs assessment was thorough and offered clear guidance on how to obtain a 'healthy workstation'.
I am very pleased to see that values of care and customer communications are intrinsic within this organisation and most definitely evident in the way in which the staff operate.

Very happy with the service I received. I needed a particular type of compact keyboard and the team took time to speak to me and recommend the right equipment. Very good service received during a difficult lockdown period. Initial in home assessment was professionally and accurately performed. Items were received in good order, very happy with the quality. The desk was installed quickly and professionally. Staff have been friendly and helpful at all times. I'm pleased to say that the service and products are making my work much more comfortable.
