I was able to make an appointment for the day and time I wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My hearing aids were cleaned so I hear better and various functions of the Thrive System were explained to me.

I asked for this appointment as I had been struggling of late with my hearing apparently deteriorating. Daniel spent over an hour carefully looking at ways to improve the quality and clarity of the speech I heard on a daily basis. I am very pleased to say that he was extremely successful in his endeavours. Whilst not perfect, my hearing has improved significantly and my wife has commented positively as to the improvement. That in itself speaks volumes for the changes as she has been my number one critic concerning not hearing her!!! So, I think it is apparent that this visit was very successful. Thank you very much Daniel.

I found it easy to make an appointment, the assessment seemed thorough and the audiologist explained the results to me very clearly. When I asked about particular details of the tests and conclusions, she discussed the points of interest at a level I found easy to understand.
Both the receptionist and audiologist were welcoming and helpful. Even the layout of the consultation room had been arranged thoughtfully so I could easily see the data and images collected through the assessment.
