Very professional and friendly

Friendly, efficient and outstanding value for money. Cheaper than getting my hair cut or going to the dentist. A must do for everyone!!!!!!!

I have used Hearology many times. Until this visit it had been very straightforward with wax being removed and my hearing returning.
This time I needed to return after hearing in one ear did not improve. No wax was found so an ear pressure test was undertaken showing that I had water retained in my ear which would need a GP prescription. A full written diagnosis was provided with suggested treatment and a referral letter for my GP. Abigail was very thorough, explaining very clearly what I needed to do. Excellent service.

Friendly staff and professional service(s) relating to hearing. Lot's of options available for those suffering with any kind of hearing loss along with other treatments such as ear wax removal.
