These people in Liverpool have gone out of business and told nobody.
I have continued paying them, and they have said nothing. The website is now not working properly.
Avoid like the plague

These people have you pull furniture out from all plugs and wait for them to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Then they ring you at 1 minute to 1 and say they wont make it. Waste of time, 6 days lost to these time wasters. Customer service/receptionist is pointless, has no clue what is going on.

My boiler was having constant breakdowns with the best solution being to replace it. Heatcare UK provided a really good quote and the work was completed swiftly and efficiently by their engineer Gary McGowan. Couldn't be more satisfied - just in time for the cold weather!

When my boiler went wrong recently, I contacted the heatcare. Vicky from the repair team was very helpful and soon had a visit arranged.
The engineer that called soon got to the root of the problem and my boiler was up and running again in an hour. Excellent service!

Engineer came to property as I had a problem with my boiler. From contacting the company to book the engineer to attend the property and fixed my boiler. The engineer was very polite, cleaned up before he left the property. I would highly recommend Heat Care UK to my friends and family.

I had an urgent boiler leak, called Gas -elec and the repairs team were really helpful. They had someone out the next day. The engineer (Gary), called and let me know he was on his way. He cleaned up after he had finished and was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
