I have found heat Connect limited to be a professional and reputable company to deal with. I have two of their maintenance contracts in place on two properties. Thy are reasonably priced, quick to respond, the gas engineers are excellent and there is absolutely no hassle involved.

Fantastic service from start to finish of boiler change from conventional to combi. Mr Atiq did the work in a professional and competent way going that extra mile to update items that were not quoted for. Clean, tidy work by a really friendly person. This man installed a new boiler for me in March. Up till now the boiler has been giving one problem or the other
I called Maxi engineer because the was guarantee, he said the installer did wrong connection, put left pipe on the right side, marked the boiler as unsafe and invalidated the warantee. I have the documents he write which I will upload here at a later date. I called another gas engineer who said this guy had done short cut connection and that I had to pay him£400 to rectify. I contacted this guy, sent copies of the Maxi boiler stamens, his reply was that I should look for a gas engineer, give him £200 to correct his job
