Excellent service!
It was very easy to book an appointment online and I was given a range of dates and times. After I booked, I was sent a reminder about the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was sent the estimated time of arrival. The engineer, turned up on time and provided a friendly, polite, professional and efficient service. He also reduced the boiler flow system to help me reduce my bills. I am very happy to recommend HeatGlow.

New boiler installation
Tom and Gareth were incredible throughout. From getting the work looked at, getting the estimate and booking the job in to installing and finishing the job to the highest of standards. They kept me informed throughout ensuring I was happy with all the work. Polite and cleaning up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Get different quotes
Got a quote from a nice gent from Heatglow for pipework on 4 radiators. The quote was more than twice as much as another recommended firm. I was astounded!

Boiler service and radiator installation
We had our annual boiler service with Heatglow and they also replaced our downstairs radiators with modern column radiators. Gareth and Tom were communicative, efficient and tidy. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.
