I have bought many tubes of their Relax bodywash, thought it was a great product. I noticed with my recent order that the formulation has altered , ingredients have changed, and it’s less viscous ( watered down ? ).
Such a pity. They promote their brand with a very uninteresting lifestyle paper they send out with orders, but an email enquiry remains unanswered.

Customer for life. Won't buy moisturiser and face wash from another brand. Price / quality ratio is through the roof!

Products worked perfectly for my oily skin. I wish they did some more products for grooming. The moisturiser is amazing my girl uses it for makeup foundation as well. Customer service works very good, they were promp to respond to my queries.

In an attempt to get my father into skincare, I bought the facial routine kit as a Christmas present. I am very impressed with the results so far, almost a month on. His skin is visibly clearer, hydrated and healthier looking. Will be repurchasing his favourites and trying out more of the range.

Bought products from Heath for my son and nephew at Christmas, both have commented how they like them and see an improvement in their skin and were shocked when I told them they could buy in Waitrose and how affordable they are!

I received a selection as a Christmas gift. I have been enjoying these skincare products and getting compliments on my radiant skin lately.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he actually uses it! I have been telling him for ages about skincare, and he never understood the fuss. With heath he actually loves the smells, sees the results, and it's affordable to maintain a routine longterm. We are all huge fans in our household now and can't get enough!

Bought a bottle of their after shave moisturiser and the pump applicator doesn't work, rendering the product difficult to use.

Wont be buying from this company again.

I made an order three weeks ago and still not received it. I was told it would arrive within 4 to 6 working days. Its a Christmas present and I'm now worried it won't arrive in time. I've emailed and called but no reply. I'm hoping they will respond soon...
