cylinder- following my enquiry about a cylinder they were honest in the lead time of a different make which may have been available at an unspecified later date/ instead chose the Vaillant which replaced like for like and it was delivered within the time quoted - the delivery driver was courteous and called as agreed an hour before arriving-

Excellent client care right from initial enquiries to delivery of the order. We were kept updated at all stages and they even delivered the boiler earlier as our the installation was brought forward. Highly recommended

Great price and service
Bought a new boiler from Heating and Bathrooms and very happy with the service and best price I could find online for the model I was after. Enquired on the Saturday and made the booking online on the Sunday. Explained that I needed the unit for an urgent job to start Tuesday and the made sure it got to me on time.

Don’t use them
They don’t have the item that they put on the website, I ordered and they said they’ll deliver. Then said the bank had called them to say it’s fraud I called my bank they said wouldn’t do such thing. Then they cancelled the order and didn’t give me confirmation of cancellation- I had to report to my bank as lost od service

Your order got flagged as fraudulent as we check our orders thoroughly. An identical order placed through Clydesdale bank was made a week before;
5 of the most expensive boilers on my website,
The billing address was incorrect and in Scotland
You wanted to have this delivered in East London.
An identical scenario took place a week prior where a 92 year old woman had been a victim of fraud for approximately £7000 through our website. Same boilers, address in Scotland and delivery in East London.
We are covered financially if the order was fraudulent. We stopped this order in order to protect yourself. As a small family business this is an ethical issue as most companies will take the money and send potentially fraudulent goods out if they are covered.
We did give you an option to make the payment through bank transfer as this will require you to logging to online banking and will require you chip and pin as it is more secure than just using the card. You declined to do this. We voided the transaction.

I was able to buy my magnetic filter isolation valves at a great price, it was delivered in a well secured package in 3 working days, so very happy with the service. Will come back to you guys.
