The Extra Mile
When I found I couldn't order what I wanted because of a glitch in the website, I left the page. But Heatwave followed through by contacting me to find out what had gone wrong. I still don't know if the website is fixed but Heatwave sent me my order anyway. Well done heatwave - and I'm pleased with what I've received.

Needed 15 shirts printed on a very very tight schedule. The guys at heatwave went above and beyond and were even willing to hand deliver to me at an airport to ensure I had the shirts!!! The shirts were also immaculate quality
I would go nowhere else!!

Ordered my sons school leavers hoodies…
Ordered my sons school leavers hoodies from Heatwave print and was a little stuck on sizing. Louise assisted me with this and was very helpful. They arrived shortly after, excellent quality and personalised with his name on. The sizing was perfect! Thanks Louise

From initial correspondence to delivery of products, the service has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the Heatwave team and the quality of the products i have received are exactly how i hoped. Have used in the past and will carry on using them in the future for my printed/embroidery workwear.

Heatwave made the whole experience very easy from start to finish. They kept us well informed throughout the order process and delivered our hoodies on time. The hoodies are of great quality and the children were so pleased with them! Our school has used Heatwave numerous times, we wouldn't go anywhere else now.
