Like and Ky did an excellent job for us which was extremely highly professional. They were polite and explained everything that was going on which I found very helpful. Our boiler is now working well thanks to their dedication to ensuring that we got back to a warm home again. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had a new boiler fited by Luke and Ky yesterday. The job was a little more difficult than normal, but they were not fazed and did an amazing job. They completed the job within the time line, despite the challenges they faced.
They very polite & efficient and
worked really well. They cleared up really well too. To be honest you would not have known a job of this magnitude was in progress.
I would definitely recommend them and their company HeatZen.

Jack and Tom fitted a new boiler yesterday and they did an excellent job. The house had an underfloor gas leak but they knew exactly how to fix it and got to work straight away. It wasn't an easy job but they worked till very late to ensure we had our heating on that night.

I would highly recommend them, they have so much experience and do a very clean job.

We had our gas boiler fitted over the last 2 days (13/14 02 2025)by Luke and ky, we would like to say that they have done a fantastic job with mimimum disruption and mess. Every thing was explained to us. They were very professional, tiding up and clearing away all the old appliances We would recommend Heatzen

Luke and Kyran were fantastic and sorted out the problems we had. I would highly recommend using these chaps.

Heatzen have been brilliant! The only small issue we had was that the survey didn't account for some potential issues, and I had explained to Heatzen the issues they would face based on a quote we had 2 years ago for the same work. Had this all been taken into account, then the work would've been more streamlined and everybody involved would've had a better time.

Having said this, the issues were sorted very quickly and the extra work needed was accommodated without fuss, Luke and Kai from Elite Plumbing and Heating Solutions were amazing, patient and cracked on with the extra work involved. Couldn't have asked for better people on the job.

Despite the negative reviews for Heatzen I can say that they are certainly NOT a scam. If you don't qualify, they will let you know before any work starts!! It costs nothing to see.
