Returns are at Customers expense
Returns are at Customers expense , please be aware before ordering . Almost £5 to send back a pair of boots .
Heavenly Feet don't even include a pre printed label . When I emailed the reply was they are a smaller business and can't afford free returns , Customers not returning isn't great for a smaller business either .

I love the style, the price and the customer service.
A thought for people with ‘skinny’ feet like mine: I might look at styles where there’s some adjustment as my feet feel a little loose inside these.

I have wide feet
I have wide feet, but I find the straps are massive. Maybe changeable straps for sandels for wide fit.
The size of the shoe was perfect and the strap over the toes. Just a shame i had to return them, all because of the strap around the ankle and side of the sandel were way off.
Hopefully I find a sandel that fits me I have 10 pairs of boots from you and they are brilliant hence why this is my brand of shoe and dont wear anything else. But apart from that delivery was 5 star, parcel in 5 star condition. And ordering was easy
