Ordered a bracelet from Maddie and was sent earrings by mistake. After a couple of calls Maddie very kindly offered to send me the bracelet free of charge. I was so touched by her kindness. I have purchased a few items over the years from Maddie and Heavenly London and they have always been excellent and the products superb. Keep bring lovely pieces as quality excellent.

Check sizing before placing an irder
I ordered a pair of ear backs because they had a metal piece in which the tail of the earring can slide into.
On arrival, they are so tiny I couldn’t use them.
