I feel extremely lucky to have come across Heavnn.

I’ve been working internationally for quite some time and was looking for a compliant setup that also made sense from a tax perspective. What I kept running into were advisors who only specialised in one or two jurisdictions and charged significant fees just for an initial consultation, often without providing much clarity.

Heavnn was a completely different experience. Their AI tool gave me a quick and realistic indication of what could work for my situation, and the team was open to discussing options without immediately pushing paid consultations.

What really stood out was their global approach. Instead of looking at one country in isolation, they helped design and execute a setup that actually fits an international lifestyle. The pricing felt very fair for the level of expertise and support provided.

I’m now fully compliant and paying a significantly lower tax rate than before. More importantly, I finally have peace of mind.

Choosing Heavnn has been one of the best financial and personal decisions I’ve made. Huge thanks to Stéphane and the entire Heavnn team for their help.

A deeply disappointing and damaging experience

I trusted this company from the very beginning. Not only did they present themselves as extremely supportive, promising collaboration, sponsorship and a long term relationship, but they also came across as genuinely great to work with. Based on that trust and my large network of digital nomads, I even referred people to them because I believed their service was as good as they claimed. I could not have been more wrong.

From the moment we started the migration to Xero, everything fell apart. The migration didn’t work properly, major things were left unfinished and from July until today, the 27th of November, we have been waiting for our tax filing. The deadline is the 30th, and despite promising repeatedly, literally every week, that they would get back to us, send an email with clarity, they never followed through. No updates, no timelines, no accountability. Sometimes on whatsapp but then never any action or follow up.

This has not only cost me time and money, it has damaged my reputation. People I referred to them are now calling me out, questioning my judgement and trustworthiness. This has affected my friendships, my personal brand and my professional credibility, simply because I believed in a company that clearly did not deserve that trust.

To make things worse, my bookkeeper had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind, and now I have to search for new professionals to fix everything. As my bookkeeper works on an hourly rate, her cost has been double from the 3rd month since working with them. I feel completely let down and honestly screwed by how irresponsibly this has been handled.

Their customer service is consistently unresponsive, unreliable and far below any professional standard. What started as a promising partnership turned into a nightmare. I regret ever referring anyone to them and I strongly warn others to avoid them.

I've been their client for over a year.
They can't keep their own deadlines, first when creating the scenario, then when handling anything during the time and finally when I decided to quit, they removed their email addresses.

I was paying them every month for Heavnn Care+, their product where they "handle everything for you, bookkeeping, accountants, taxes". When the time came, I told them to sort out past tax year, they scammed me, stopped responding to the emails.

They are not reliable, they are scamming people and their customer service couldn't be on a lower level.

Be careful and avoid them by all cost. There are better alternatives around here

I used Heavnn a year ago and regret it. The consulting I received was basic and not worth the price—I could have figured it out with AI tools.

I needed help with crypto taxation, and they recommended I open a company in Singapore because they do not tax "capital gains." That was it.

Stéphane never mentioned that you must prove that your crypto earnings qualify as capital gains rather than income. Swiftly (the service that Heavnn uses to open companies) required many documents—transaction records, ownership proof, bank statements, tax documents, and more—to confirm that my crypto was treated correctly under Singaporean tax law. Heavnn never communicated This, which shows a serious lack of expertise on their part.

In addition, when I signed up, Stéphane never told me that the legal representation fee renews every year. It felt like a hidden charge, showing a lack of honesty in their business.

We had a few calls with Stéphane (founder) who promised us a full analysis and setup of our remote-optimised holding company

He came recommended by Michelle from The Nomad Escape, so we lowered our guard and paid upfront. Big mistake.

After a few unanswered follow-up emails on my part it became pretty clear that he's just a scam artist that took our money for nothing basically

I had high hopes when starting working with Heavnn to handle my tax optimization as a digital nomad, but I was let down at every turn.

- The calculations for my income and future tax scenarios were full of errors.

- They promised strategic advice and full support, but I received minimal information after repeatedly chasing them for answers. Deadlines were ignored, and communication was poor.

- The advice they did provide raised serious compliance risks, and I couldn’t trust the solutions.

Overall, I feel like I paid a premium for a service that delivered little value and caused more stress than it solved. Avoid this service if you care about getting things right. You can do yourself all they offer, their solution is going to be a personal relocation to a low taxation country. If your situation is more complex, they won't suggest anything better that you guessed yourself alone. And there is no guarantee provided on anything.
