For the past 4 months I've been coached by Elodie and she has been my biggest cheerleader! She's pushed me to hit PBs and I feel I'm the strongest I've ever been! She checked in with me even when it wasn't my check in day and has given me great tips throughout! She kept me accountable and pushed me even when I didn't want to work out! I'm so happy with my progress and can't wait to carry on with all she's taught me! Pure star!!

I have been with Elodie since January 2025 and I couldn't rate my experience higher! It has completely changed my outlook on myself surrounding exercise as well as food. Thank you for all your time and help!!

I’ve been with Hebe for just over a year, and her programme is honestly the reason I now love experience and working out. Before Hebe, I was doing random workouts, and constantly in a calorie deficit (because that’s what I thought I needed to do!) A year with Hebe, and I’m eating more calories than ever, feel stronger, comfortable in the gym to try new equipment and the healthiest I’ve ever been. I love the accountability and supportive communication from Hebe.

As a PT myself, it can be so difficult sometimes to keep yourself accountable and on track, so I enlisted the help of Hebe and her team.

When I say, the progress I have made under the supervision of HH coaching has been incredible, I honestly couldn’t have done it without them.
As much as I absolutely know what I need to do, it’s so nice to have someone take the planning out of it for me and to be accountable to someone that isn’t myself.

I start with Hebe around 18 months ago.
After trying numerous diet plans, and always being active I just never saw results and hated my body. I put my trust in Hebe after seeing lots of results on her socials and what a great decision I made. I’ve had sustainable results, body confidence is growing, I understand food and my body better, and when I have a doubt or a wobble Hebe is always there for guidance.

Message reply is very quick too.
Very supportive team. You can text them any time and they will come back to you very soon.
When I evan have a bad day they Evan cheer you up and giving you advise.
Without this app they I definitely wouldn’t reach my goals every week.
Every week I’m more closer to my main goal thanks for this team.

Loving my plan so far with Elodie! I have not stuck to a plan this long and I think that is a reflection on the team. The workouts are fit well to my lifestyle and I feel like it is super manageable for me to continue with normal life but have a better focus and understanding of nutrition and fitness. I am loving the meal plans and enjoy my weekly check ins to keep me on track. I’m seeing good results to far and look forward to more!

I’ve been with Hebe and Elodie since September 2023 and they have helped me lose body fat i have been trying for YEARS to lose. I was previously anxious about eating more calories and they have shown me with constant support that you can eat more and lean out which has been amazing! I originally thought i would sign up for 6 months just before my wedding but have been enjoying it and will continue for the forseeable even after my wedding!

I was with Hebe for a year and I did not see any results. Like the previous review, the plans are very generic and it doesn’t seem custom to your situation/goals. In the end, I realized that I was making most of the decisions myself and was basically paying $180 a month for nothing. In my last week, they did not do my final check in or give me any information like they had promised. I was just locked out of my account. Unfortunately, not a great experience. Honestly, save your money and do your own research re. fitness. It’s basically the same thing you’re getting here.

Poor communication, no follow through on agreed changes to diet plans and training programmes, very slow to respond to messages, often times no response. Check-ins felt rushed and lacked useful content. No advice on nutrient timing for optimal performance and recovery. Training programme was not personalised and missed the mark in supporting my primary goal.

These girls have changed my life! Sometimes you need a helping hand, some guidance, when completely changing your lifestyle and there’s no one I would trust more than Elodie and Hebe ♥️ I can’t name a single time I haven’t felt supported or cared for, and the entire programme is so personalised. They really help everyone on their own journey, it’s just the best feeling. Thank you so much xx

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I’m a client from Australia and the distance is no boundary for their success, their work is amazing! I’m one month in and already can see some major changes which I weren’t able to achieve on my own. I feel fitter, I feel healthier, and I feel confident and it’s only been a month. I LOVE working with Hebe and Elodie the girls have been super knowledgeable & supportive during my fitness/weightloss journey. The times I would’ve usually given up they have been there to keep me going and it’s the only program I have ever been able to stick to because the girls make everything a lifestyle rather than a quick fix! I’ve been working with Hebe and her coaching team since the beginning of september and am absolutely loving it. I trust her completely, and the communication is 10/10. Hebe and Elodie always reply really fast and answer all questions and most of all hype you up loads! I was 4 months postpartum in 2022 when I signed up to Hebe Hiom Coaching and my weight was at 190lb. I’m now down to 155lb. Hebe always pushes me and gets me out of my comfort zone. Make me try new workouts I’ve never done before and I end up loving them! I’ve had multiple trainers in the past. But Hebe is the best coach I ever had! The app is amazing. You can substitute a workout if the gym equipment is unavailable. And there’s also recipes in the app tailored to your diet. It’s just amazing! I don’t need to go search for recipes. I recommend to all my friends to Hebe Hiom Coaching!!!!!
