We are sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation. However, we are uncertain whether this issue pertains to us, as it may be a case of mistaken identity. We requested your details and had a phone conversation with you, but you were unwilling to provide any information that would allow us to investigate and resolve the matter.
You mentioned that the £50,000 in question did not even go into an account registered to Hedges Fine Art. The only evidence provided was your discovery of Hedges paperwork for a lesser amount at your family member's address. We have asked for you to send this paperwork so we could cross-reference it, but we have not yet received it.
We are committed to resolving this issue and have checked our systems for any purchases around the time you posted the review. We did not find anyone who had spent £50,000.
To conclude, we are unsure if this is a case of mistaken identity or an unfounded complaint intended to damage our reputation. We are happy to investigate further, so please contact us at info@hedgesfineart.co.uk.
