Hedges Hedges Opiniones

The shrubs arrived as ordered and all very healthy. They're now all planted and we're waiting for them to grow taller and bush out. It was difficult getting confirmation that they were being delivered on the date I selected, but after speaking to someone in admin she confirmed they are. I then received a text message on the morning of delivery.

Quality hedges delivered very quickly.

Georgina and Charlie dealt with my concerns quickly and professionally even offering after care advise to ensure that my hedges will continue to look as good as they did on delivery for years to come. Very impressive customer service.

Excellent service and beautiful griselinia bushes

Quick, delivery, great products, would use again

The product was priced so competitively and the quality of the product is superb. Spot on to what was on the tin.
One of the hedges was damaged in transit and without any quibble they replaced within days and sent an additional hedge along wiith addiitional compost gift.
The customer service is superb! I had no trouble whatsoever.
Highly recommended.

Very helpful family members. Trees exquisite and others asking where i got them from. Well done Hedges

Great quality plants, delivered as scheduled. Great value for money. I’ll shop with Hedges Hedges again very soon.

Quick efficient delivery, quality healthy trees

I hadn't used this company before but what a find they are. They kept me informed of the delivery by text so I knew exactly when the plants were being delivered. We ordered two heights of grissilina and both heights were maximum when they came. Packed onto a wooden pallet protected securely. No damage whatsoever. Really pleased with all of the plants. Nice obliging delivery driver too. Brought the plants down our steep road using a handheld carrier and put them on our front lawn ready for us to take them around to the back on our sack barrow. After reading up about this company its a husband and wife set up. Georgia does the admin and her husband runs the nursery. I liked the fact that they say they only send plants out that they themselves would like to receive. Not only that as a May offer we also received free four bags of compost and two bags of granules to start off our new hedging. Perfect customer service. Thank you Georgia and team.

Plants were in fabulous condition and we were very pleased with them but they were a little shorter than expected. I contacted them and they offered me a decent refund to compensate for this. Great customer service.

Great service! Georgia was really really helpful with all of my queries and really made it a smooth transaction! Hedges also look great!

Arrived on order date in good condition. perfect!

Ordered 4 red robin trees. Delivered on a pallet well wrapped and in great condition. Beautiful trees and was given a delivery time on the day

Good quality plants at a good price, helpful staff and a good delivery. Very pleased . A good choice

We can only praise the staff at hedges hedges after the carrier decided to only deliver part of the order. The team at hedges hedges quickly located the missing pallet and got the rest of the delivery to us the next morning (Saturday). Fabulous customer service and the laurel was lovely and healthy ☺️

Excellent price, delivery went well for Scotland. Trees were beautiful and loved the free compost as well as bone meal. Thank you so much.

Fantastic trees. Service and delivery

So easy to deal with. The website was simple to navigate with plain simple language and pictures. Spoke to Georgina for advice, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

Excellent service, plant / shrub arrived as promised in agreed time scale - great condition, good price, although carriage charge seemed a bit excessive.
