This was my first time shopping with Heera’s, and I’m honestly so happy with my experience. I purchased one outfit, and it turned out to be even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. The size was perfect, the outfit was absolutely gorgeous, and their customer service was very kind and helpful.

I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Heera’s! 🤍

Yes, After two months of chasing my complaint with the Pakistani cybersecurity agency and my financial institution, I finally received my money back.
My experience proves that Heerasofficial is a scam page. They tried every possible excuse, but the truth is simple: this seller is not genuine.

I strongly advise everyone—especially overseas buyers—not to purchase from them.

Thank you to the authorities and institutions who listened to me and handled the matter with patience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for HEERA OFFICIAL Heera's Official

Long story short, I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and since I live in London, I honestly assumed I would never get my money back or have the issue resolved. I emailed HEERA OFFICIAL and was surprised with an instant response. They even gave me the GM’s number, who personally helped me and resolved everything for me.

Within a few days, the alteration team sent me another size that fits my body perfectly , and the best part is, they didn’t even ask me to return the original 3-piece first! They just sent me a brand-new one straight away.

I usually only buy from brands like Maria B, Asim Jofa, Zainab Chottani, etc., but after this experience, HEERA OFFICIAL has truly impressed me with their service and professionalism. Highly recommended!
