Probate and support on my mother's Estate

Not Recommended for probate and estate administration
At the time we engaged with Hegarty, we were going through the worst a family could go through, the loss of both parents.And probably were not in the best frame of mind to be dealing with Estates. That did not stop them for charging nearly £800 whilst achieving absolutely nothing for us. And neither estate was moved forward an inch.
We are pleased that we have now got it sorted with the company who deals specifically with this at a fraction of the price of Hagerty.

No concerns were raised with us during the course of the matter and transparency from the outset is something we place great importance on. Our initial meetings are intended to be thorough, especially in more complex situations so we can fully understand the circumstances and provide appropriate advice. The fees charged relate to the initial meeting and subsequent follow-up work, and our costs were explained at that stage.

This is not the first time I have needed assistance from Hegarty solicitors; they are my first choice when requiring help on legal matters based on recommendations and past experiences.
On this occasion I was referred to Benjamin Parker in the family law department who didn't disappoint.
My case was not necessarily straightforward, nevertheless Benjamin was easily able to navigate the complexities of it with the utmost dedication, professionalism and tenacity to what was requested of him in a compassionately prompt manner throughout the process.
From my perspective I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to deal with my case.

Patient, affable, professional firm of Solicitors
My wife and I are in our 80s and made use of Hegarty's newly opened local premises in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
We needed to rewrite our wills and check EPAs and LPAs.
We couldn't have asked for a better firm to sort matters out.
From the start we were made welcome and the patient, friendly, professional,helpful attitude from the kindly people we met continued throughout the process. Our notable contacts were Mr G England (initially) then Alice Clarke Paralegal and Steff the receptionist.
They all were caring and our converations were threaded with a great sense of humour, understanding and knowledge.
My wife and I are pleased to highly recommend Hegarty's of Bourne.

Our experience with Hegarty was truly outstanding. Andrew, our conveyancing solicitor, went above and beyond to assist us. Despite encountering complications on the seller's side, he repeatedly intervened to resolve issues, even drafting a deed to address a title-plan problem. Without his help, we certainly wouldn't have closed on the property. Andrew took the time to explain complex matters clearly, ensuring we always knew what to do next.I highly recommend Hegarty without hesitation. The entire team was fantastic—everyone we interacted with was professional, responsive, and friendly.
