My nail technician is awesome… All of them are but Helen is awesome beyond words. She is always available for me and always goes above and beyond to help me with my requests. I always get compliments on my nails. 💅

I made an appointment online with Liz
I made an appointment online with Liz. When I arrived, they told me Liz no longer worked there. I allowed them to keep my appointment, but with someone else. The person who did my nails made 4 of my cuticles bleed. My powder gel nails also have bumps and are uneven.

i love this place! i've been coming here for almost 3 years and have never had a bad experience! everyone is so great and know how to make their clients happy! i love going to kay she does an amazing job every single time and is so sweet!

It was clean but….
It was clean but the appointment I booked online said the pedicure should be an hour. It was done in 30 minutes with barely any massage. I was done with a mani pedi in 45 minutes.
The nail tech was friendly and really took her time to clean up cuticle. However, they really need to remove their masks if they are trying to tell you something about pricing or changing the services booked. There was a big miscommunication because I couldn't hear everything being said to me with the mask on and an Airpod in one ear and was surprised when I was given my total. She did reduce the total because I couldn’t hear her well and didn’t know I was given a higher end mani pedi.
The job she did was great and the nails look fabulous but I was very disappointed with the services not being exactly what they are advertised as.
