Very disappointed afternoon learning by telephone from the representative that my payoff amount was approximate $10,000.00, I agreed and was ok with the monthly payments. There after going to the office, completed the process, ( being thankful for the financial support, she was what I thought kind, caring, honest and considerate. After leaving getting home open my documents realizing I had a $17,000.00 loan. Yes I understood there are finance charges. I had already been charge finance charges on the previous amount???
Overall I was never advised or mentioned anything pertaining the $ 17000.00 amount.
I felt it was intentionally kept from me . Yes I needed the money, would I have done a loan for $17000.00, I don’t think so. My credit is not where I would want it.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and lost trust in businesses.
