I had a great experience for the second time with heights finance they treated me well and the process was smooth and swift

My son bought a motorcycle from someone and Heights was a lienholder. The day before the expected sale, the seller called Heights to verify that they had the title, and was told yes. (WRONG) So on the sale day, 6/10/22, my son and the seller went to Heights, forked over a cashier's check (OOPS), and after the staff rifled through many papers to no avail, the staff phoned someone who told them the motorcycle titles were in a manager's drawer... which was locked... and the manager was gone for the day. The seller came back the next day - still no title. June 28th the seller filed at the DMV for a reissue of the title. Now it's Sept. 2nd, nearly 3 months after Heights took money for a title they didn't deliver, and my son still can't register or ride his motorcycle. I'm disgusted and furious. BEWARE. Now we are pursuing the Secretary of State Police to open a case for investigation of this crime. Sept 16 update: I’m glad to report that the district manager reached out to me the day after I posted this review two weeks ago and has been very helpful with addressing this situation through several phone calls and giving me her cell number. She apologized and took responsibility for what went wrong. Apparently the office never had the title to begin with, and she has corrected this with training. She also offered to meet the seller and my son at the DMV to handle the title transfer and lien fulfillment all at once. She explained that the office had issued a check to the Secretary of State to cover the cost of replacing the title and researched it further to see it had never yet been cashed. She preserved her customer’s confidentiality throughout. I’m feeling better about the situation, though we still don’t expect to see the title for three more weeks.

This was my second transaction with Heights Finance and was fast, easy, and exactly what I needed. The first employee I talked to had only been there for about a month and she was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. When I went into the office, the branch manager was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable.

I talked to representative on phone about renewing my loan...they checked all my information and called back with a couple of options. Went in 2 days later...office is clean and following Covid rules...and was able to complete my loan process in a timely manner. Representative was courteous and answered any questions I had. Also dealt with Heights in another state...they are always working to have good relationships with clients and I thank them.
