Oh my God!! They mailed me an unsolicited ck. I am still working but also dealing with cancer at age 33. The extra money could help. They mailed check on 8/19/2025....deposited it on 8/25. They seem to think my payment due date is the 19th . The check is the contract the 25th is the correct date. I had a friend( paralegal) call to sort it out...they hung up on her!!!

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE SERVICE AFFORDED ME AT ALL!!!WHEN YOU STRIVE TO REACH HEIGHTS YOU NEVER GIVE UP!!!.

As always this branch is courteous n a pleasure to work with They need a day off with pay.. great crew I appreciate you all….

I needed a loan went to heights finance The girl who took the application lied and explained very little . I explained I was a vet and got paid on the 15th she said no problem,they charged a late fee each month and never Mentioned it on any receipt he received or anytime I called to make a payment. This made me very angry, I asked what my pay off would be and after making 16 payments on an $8000 loan they told me my payoff would be $8600.. These people are liars and themes avoid them at all costs I hope they get shut down I'm doing everything I can to bring a lawsuit against them .

The little girl who helped me both times she dose a great job you all should always keep her she's a keeper , I love her may the Lord always bless her she is a wonderful soul .

I dealt with Kimberly Wright when applying for a loan. She was extremely helpful in securing a loan for me. I had originally scheduled an appointment 1 week out to finalize my closing then I had an opening come available in my schedule with only 2 hours left of the day and she squeezed me in same day.

I came by my local Heights Finance branch to refinance my loan. I was told what to bring with me so as to make the loan process smooth with no surprises.My loan specialist,Michelle,was very polite and informative.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
