Awesome Customer Service
My fiancé and I have had excellent interactions with the ladies at the Rice Lake Wisconsin office. We have had 4 loans with them. The ladies at this office have excellent customer service. Yes the interest rates are a little high but that is the only downside. The application process was fast and if there was ever an issue the ladies were quick to help resolve the issues and give great financial advice. If you need a loan fast I highly recommend Heights Finance 😀

A painless and efficient process
This was my first experience with Heights Finance. I have limited experience with financing, but this process was nothing like I’d experienced before.
Bonnie is a true professional. She made the entire loan process painless (on my end, at least!) and efficient.
I provided as much information up-front as I could, especially regarding my credit history.
She, then, worked with the limited resources I had, and was able to find financing for me for a much-needed commute vehicle.
All of the paperwork (both at Heights Finance AND the car dealership we worked with) was ready to review and sign the moment I stepped into the office. She explained each page to me, and answered my questions.
Within 30 minutes of entering the office, I was out the door, carrying the check I needed to now purchase my new-to-me car.
I am grateful to you, Bonnie and Heights, for providing me the opportunity to not only own this vehicle, but also to help me rebuild my credit. Your trust in me today has made me a new loyal customer to you for the future.
