Heisen Blue is the best!

I've tried several different methylene blue suppliers of methylene blue. Heisen Blue is the best. Quality, purity, honesty, Canadian, and integrity. Blue pee people rock. I've also noticed that I use less insulin.

Great Customer Service

Unfortunately, I was unable to take this product due to a medical condition. However, the company very generously refunded me my money, no questions asked. I so appreciate them understanding and being so courteous. Thank you!!!!

I was set up for a return

I was set up for a return, but a representative said there’s something wrong on their end so just keep it. Then I got an email from someone else that said they were gonna report me to the fraud department and I responded saying I was gonna let my girlfriend try it as she suffers from Alzheimer’s and that he better be real careful who he accuses of fraud.

This review leaves out important context, so we’d like to clarify what happened.

Your order was flagged as high risk by Shopify’s fraud detection system, and we contacted you the same day to confirm the order but never received a response. Despite that, we still chose to fulfill and ship your order in good faith.

After receiving the product, you requested a refund stating you could not use it due to medication. There are multiple warnings on the product page and in our post purchase email regarding medication interactions. We followed our policy and began arranging a return, including covering the cost of return shipping. Due to delays with our fulfillment partner, there was a short delay in generating the return label.

Rather than continue the back and forth, we issued you a full refund and told you to give the product away.

After receiving a full refund, you later reached out asking for usage guidance, which directly contradicts your original reason for being unable to use it.

To be clear, you received a full refund and kept over $100 worth of product.

We went beyond our normal policy by refunding you without requiring a return.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we do need to clarify that parts of this review are inaccurate.

We process hundreds of orders and provide tracking details as soon as each order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and notify us if any issues arise. In this case, the shipping carrier did not notify us directly that the parcel was damaged. The status was only updated in the tracking.

Your order was shipped on March 4 and was still within the 3 to 9 business day delivery window when you contacted us 7 business days later asking if it would arrive and requesting a refund.

We responded the same day, confirmed the package was damaged in transit, and issued a full refund immediately.

On March 27, you followed up saying you had not received the refund. We replied right away with confirmation details, including the amount, the refund date, and guidance to check with your bank. We did not receive any response after that.

So to clarify, there were no crickets on our end. Every message you sent was responded to promptly, and your requested refund was processed without delay.

While it’s unfortunate that the parcel was damaged during shipping, which is outside of our control, we resolved the situation based on your request. Had you preferred a replacement, we would have been happy to send one out.

This product and company are great had a broken bottle upon delivery and it was replaced with no issues and the product well if you don’t try it you will never know how much better you will feel physically and more so mentally absolutely amazing product

Good stuff

Heisen Blue is a legit high quality methylene blue. I noticed clearer thinking, reduced brain fog, better focus, and smooth, clean energy. No jitters or crash. It genuinely helped me stay locked in while studying, and I’m confident it helped me pass my final exams. This stuff is the real deal.

Love Heisen blue

Love Heisen blue! Great customer service. I take this everyday and it has drastically improved my mood and energy levels. I am able to handle and complete tasks without hesitation and procrastination is no longer something I struggle with when I take this stuff. Highly recommend methylene blue to people suffering with mood and motivation issues.
