I wanted to wait a full 6 months on Hello 100 to give my review. What I don't understand is when googled it never shows up as a good or bad product. Why isn't it in the mix. So after 6 months these are the things I have noticed: My nails are thick and strong and growing something that has never happened in my past. They grew during my pregnancies but were still thin and bridle. I have had less hair falling out. I am sleeping better at night meaning I wake up less frequently. I have not gained or loss any weight but maintained and I am an average build. I believe that the dose of NMN is too low even for liposomal doses. I have decided to change to another brand that offers 300 mg of liposomal NMN. I am going to miss having all the extra ingredients conveniently all in one pill. Please let me know when you offer a higher dose of NMN. Also, the TMG is only 100mg and the min dose recommended is 500mg-3000mg. Nothing negative about your product just need a higher therapeutic range of NMN and TMG.

I have a substantial investment of time and efforts researching and scrutinizing scientists' knowledge to reach sensible conclusions. My intent was as follows: 1.- To determine what is the most effective way to deliver NMN to cells. 2.- What is the quantity of NMN in milligrams needed to achieve valuable health benefits.

First Topic.- My conclusion is that liposomal technology deposits nutrients ~NMN or any other~ right next to the cells' membranes. In that regard, Hello 100 is right on.

Second Topic.- Although liposomal technology allows most of the nutrients to reach cells, I strongly advocate that 200 mg of NMN is for a mid-thirties person in a sensibly good state of health. That person may benefit taking Hello 100 and its 200 mg of NMN three times a week, or so.

Here comes my advocacy:

A person such as myself age 77 carrying 190 lbs. needs substantially more than 200 mg of NMN even if most of that quantity is delivered by liposomal technology. Although I am not a scientist, I would expect valuable health benefits if I take 800 mg of NMN by liposomal technology split in two doses throughout the day.

Should I not be far from veracity, then, Hello 100 is neither for me nor it is for people in my age and body weight group.

The real question: would I buy it again? NO!, why? it price itself out of my budget, but it is worth it, if you can afford it-I can't, because of the cost increase. SAD, but life.
