Not happy with this site. l’m still waiting for a withdrawal of £20.00 pounds which still hasn’t been credited to my bank account apparently they losted my bank details that’s what they are saying then they said it was technical error on there side & just recently asked me for my bank details again what’s going here has to be thumb down for me 👎

Honestly, I was a little nervous after seeing some other people's reviews. But I had absolutely NO issues with this company at all. I played, won, withdrew and all with no complications money went into my bank within 48hours...

I shall continue to use this website and do more updates!

I came across this platform through freecash, and now i have problem to withdraw my money.
They are hiding behind excuses that they are processing and checking something, which is such a lie.
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, will refer to FTC in next few days if they don't pay me out my money

If I could give this wack ass fake ass sweepstake casino 0 stars I would! I cashed out for a gift card with them, and after waiting for 5 days emailed them letting them know that it's been more then 48hrs. I have not gotten a respond from them yet, well next email I get from them is that they are closing out my account and that If I have any questions about why that they arent going to respond. SOB don't have a legitimate reason why!! SMH! My brother and 3 of my friends had issues with them when they tried to redeem cash! They never got it.

I landed a bonus with a £3 trigger win, the game crashed and didn’t give me the bonus, after 7 days of waiting for them to investigate they returned and gave me 48 pence, a number that they’ve clearly pulled out of thin air because the trigger paid more than that :)))

Absolute trash casino. I deposited £10 played 4 hands made £4. Then 5th and 6th hands my bets were returned and cancelled and I would have won on those bets. I then raised a live support chat request for an explanation. I was told technical issue and my casino would contact me. Weird I thought. So, I decided to withdraw £10 same money I put in. I did NOT accept any bonuses. I NEVER DO. THAT'S HOW ONLINE CASINOS GET YOU IF YOU WIN AT THE BEGINNING WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO KEEP PLAYING UNTIL YOU WIN AT LEAST 100% OF YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. I then proceeded to go to other tables, where I lost every hand with the £4 I had won. I decided not to redeposit until I got my withdrawal. Next day, I got an email asking why I withdrew. I explained above tech issue on Live Casino Poker table. I then went onto chat where I was chatting for over 1.5 hours. And got nowhere. Got disconnected twice. Everyone said I have to wait fir at least 48 hours for the accounts team to review my withdrawal. JOKE. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS. I have taken screenshots of the entire account, so if I don't get my money in a week, I will file a complaint with the gambling commission.

Deposited £10 and had £10 bonus , managed to wager the required amount (35 times my stake) and win £500 .
I tried to withdraw and it was stuck on 'pending' for 3 days , then I had an email to say my winnings had been confiscated as I had placed a bet over £5 .
Very disappointing as the 'live chat' provided excellent customer service and when I asked why there was a delay in withdrawing they placated me saying it was standard procedure .

This is scam casino first wager was 100 then i played and it suddenly turned into 7000 after we won from bonus game and customer service said you need to deposit 10 euro to get wager low and it never really happend it just went up if you won so its impossible to win

Sadly another casino that blocked my withdrawal. After making a formal complaint it was released. I understand why they block withdrawals. But the reason they gave was truly bizarre. To be fair to them they have honoured their withdrawals since my complaint and they have been prompt hence the 3 star not 1. If a casino wants 5 star they need to respect people and not freeze withdrawals. Please listen to the gambling community block deposits not withdrawals.

Got paid promptly. 2 stars deducted for suddenly asking me for "source of funds" after a week with them and locking my account without even an email to explain why. They asked for copies of wage slips to show my "source of wealth" - explained this was not possible since my business is abroad and I do not take a wage, but they could by all means check my credit rating and do a criminal check using my details easily enough. They already had the usual, passport, driving licence and proof of address. We are not talking hundreds of thousands of pounds, I played couple of thousand and I have never been asked "for proof/evidence" by any other online casino before. Fortunately I didnt have any money in my account and they did process my withdrawals without issues so cannot say for certain what would have happened if they locked my account and asked for this prior to asking "for evidence" - so treat carefully. SI can't tolerate nonsense and lack of communication so will play elsewhere
