Founder sent me a video on the process. Followed the process but none of what was outlined worked. Waited 4-5 days for technical support, just getting ignored now until my free trial runs out no doubt. Really bad first experience which has cost me time and money.

So far so good! It does take a few extra steps to set it up but the old way is much more complicated and mostly the reason why I have never considered custom products. I'm excited to get the chance to use it on more designs!

It’s great to be able to set up the products, let the customer put in their own customization and just check it once it’s in the cue to make sure everything will be printed correctly. Once you get past the bot assistant their live support is quick to respond. Could not be happier, and look forward to their future enhancements.
