I recently had the privilege to bring Klyk on as our IT provider during a period of rapid growth, and it’s been one of the best operational decisions we’ve made.
What stood out immediately was how much Asad and Zahid get what it’s like to run a fast-moving company. They didn’t come in trying to sell us an enterprise solution built for a 5,000-person org. They understood exactly where we were, what mattered, and helped us build something that would grow with us. That kind of founder-level commercial awareness makes a real difference. You’re not just buying a service, you’re getting partners who are genuinely invested in your outcome.
On the technical side, every single IT engineer that I have spoken to from Klyk has been someone you just want in your corner. I have to give a specific shout out to Lewis, who I have been working with a lot recently. Whatever we’ve thrown at him, he’s handled it with complete calm and total competence. Proactive, sharp, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re his most important client even when you know you’re not.
But honesty, the whole team has been brilliant. Costa, Stian, Irene, Isa, Beth, Amina, Rex, Deeya, Jamil, Rajat, and I’m sure many more people behind the scenes too! Every interaction has been quick, human, and helpful, which is refreshing in a space where you’re often made to feel like a ticket number.

I just finished the onboarding for my new role, and for someone who has never used google workspace, Lewis was very clear, made it user friendly and I feel comfortable to use all the features. Thank you
Software installation
I contacted Klyk to help with the installation of printing software. Isa responded very quickly to me raising a ticket and scheduled a convenient time for him to remotely take control of my device and install the software. We quickly ran into issues with the software installer which was faulty and out of date. Isa thoroughly investigated the issue and even after discovering that the issue was with the software provider, he continued to troubleshoot and monitor the issue.

The team were prompt and helpful with all the details, their own drivers collected the devices just a few days after we submitted the form, and we received payment without any hassle.
What really stood out was the peace of mind on the data side, all devices were wiped in full compliance with UK GDPR, which matters a lot to us as a business.
On top of all that, they're a B Corp, so you know you're working with a company that actually gives a damn about doing things right. Highly recommend Klyk to any business looking to responsibly offload old tech.
