Amir Alwan provided excellent and practical advice - he found a great design work around to us save time and cost and the end result was fantastic. Super responsive, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We found Amir online after our builder got a bit happy with some demo on an internal partition wall we weren't sure was structural. He quickly came round and had a look at what had happened, and drew up some plans. He then was kind enough to come round and explain the plans to our builders to ensure the work was done properly. He was also very reasonable in ensuring that the solution wasn't over designed and worked with the framework that we had already, helped reduce our lead times. All in all, it has resulted in happy builders, happy buildings control, and most of all happy clients.

We used Hello Structure to advise and provide calculations for two internal walls we want to remove. I approached a number of surveyors to quote but Amir was particularly helpful and prompt by email and booking and payment was incredibly straightforward. I was under pressure to find a Structual engineer to complete on a house sale, I was fortunate too find one locally.. Amir was so helpful explaining what I needed too do for him too carry out the report. He refused payment until he had carried out his measurements etc ..He then delivered a full and complete inspection. I cannot recommend him enough! I have recommended him too all my friends in the building trade. Just brilliant service!.

A to Z service : Took care of the plans for our ground floor extension in London, found relevant people for party wall agreement, supplied everything needed by the council, and finally supported us with some Land Registry compliant plans! They helped a lot with video on-site when builders were confused; provided instant drawings with explanations to make sure building control would be happy. In the middle of our project, we had to do underpinning and supplied very quickly drawings to make sure building works will comply with building reg and control.

Phoned Hello Structure on Friday morning, told them I needed a survey carried out with urgency. They arrived within hours, carried out the full survey and emailed it to me by Sunday afternoon.

That is a turnaround time of less than one working day for a completed site visit, and a full and detailed structural survey. Amazing work, thanks so much guys.

I found Hello Structure from Google because I'm renovating my flat and the freeholder asked me to do a structural review. I got a reply the same day and Amir came to inspect the next day. The structure of my flat was screened and I got the report in a week and cost is reasonable. Through our conversation, I learnt that the engineers in the firm had quite a few years experience working in architectural projects from large scale developments, private house renovation to art installation structural design. The engineer helps my project, Amir is an accredited chartered structural engineer who have over eight years experience. From the report I received it is very professional.
