I have made an order of £135 in September with stuff I wanted to give to my buddies as gifts for Christmas. The order has never arrived, the parcel tracking was complete garbage, at some point it was showing that the parcel was returned to sender, at which point I emailed them repeatedly for a refund. They have completely ignored every email. So that's £135 burned.
Although they stock some good things and extreme bands, I will never ever buy from them as I find their customer service to be horrendously bad.
I do not recommend doing business with them in any way.

Gave me an error at the checkout after paying. 44€ down the drain. Bank saw it, but the site uses CVC, not confirmation, so its very dodgy to file a reclamation if the transaction ID is hard to find. If you wanna buy from this site, think twice.

Awesome shipping updates, prices are excellent even for more underground stuff, the website is badass, and the shirts are of great quality! Not too expensive if you are ordering from Canada too, I definitely will be ordering more stuff in the future! :) (I just got my first Sarcofago shirt today and I am very happy)

I spent £39.46 on 2 T-Shirts last year (22 July 2023), only for them to never arrive. I sent emails on the issue and would ask for a refund, however the only responses I got was a link to Justin’s youtube channel and then at some point he just starting to ignore me. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any metal merch site and I’m not going to buy from here again.

I’ve ordered a few times now and the problem is deciding what to get! Great store, highly recommend!

So far so good. Ive ordered 2 vinyl albums on two occasions and both arrived quick and are packaged very well. Almost overkill. But hey. Its good. The prices are excellent. Maybe they dont have the largest catalog. But they did have Blut aus Nord for $25 when everyone else wanted $50. They get my approval and i will certainly use them again. 5stars

I placed an order on July 17, 2022 and received nothing. Even more - tracking says that the parcel was returned to sender almost immediately. No response, no service. Total disrespect.
Definitely not recommend to deal with

One of the best distributors for extreme metal records, CDs, tapes, shirts, and DVDs in the USA. Incredibly fast turnaround to ship - under 5 days - and they've used the same perfect protection packaging in oversized LP boxes for over 10 years now. Since 2012 I've made on average 50 orders per year from them, spending $50-$140 per order.
I had two problems from them in 10 years, both of which were immediately resolved. A scratch on an LP in Funeral Mist - Trisagion Boxset some ten years ago and then a missing lyric insert on a record I ordered a few months ago. Both were resolved in my favor.
Oh yeah and the prices are still the lowest on the internet, despite the unfortunate inflation that have happened in the past 2 years.

Great company to deal with. Had an issue with some merch, so I sent them a photo of the issue, and without question they sent a replacement. Couldn't ask for better service!

Hells Headbangers is awesome! I've been buying from them for a couple of years, and made a recent purchase for some t-shirts. Great distro for metalheads who are into "well known underground" bands, and are lookin' for merch, magazines, and patches!

My recent purchase was for a few t-shirts, which arrived at my place (Long Island, NY) within a week. The cotton felt thick, good quality, and the printing ink looked like it would last for a while. This is an improvement in my view, because a couple of years ago I ordered a long sleeved Nunslaughter shirt, and the design started to wear away within 10 washes. So I'm glad to see HHS improve this.

My second to last purchase was back in March, and it was a split purchase (my partner and I both picked out items and each paid 50/50) for our 30th birthday, and it mostly consisted of 10-15 year old underground photocopied type magazines, and came to under $100, shipping included. Our 'zines, book, and CDs were packaged well, and not damaged. Only problem was it took roughly 3 weeks to arrive.

I'd like HHS to carry more shirts in sizes larger than XL, as most of their shirts only go up to that size. Most metalheads drink beer, all beers give you a "beer gut", many metalheads can't fit into an XL, and all shirts shrink in the wash. Bigger shirt sizes in all band's shirts would be great!

I highly recommend HHS, and will continue to buy from them.

This company is on its A Game.... Hard to get products ....Good Quality merch...And very Quick service as far a getting your items to you..Tbh I don't think I even had to wait all but 3 days to get my Merch...Now granted I only live just the next state over Northern KY / Cincinnati Ohio basically...Moral of the story...Excellent service ...This company rules..especially for the hard to get and Underground stuff...Keep up the great work..

Jeg har købt meget hos Hell's Headbangers igennem tiden. Priserne er ganske udemærkede, fragten er meget billig, siden er let overskuelig, de har et stort udvalg, god service og får sendt tingene rimelig hurtigt. De kan dog godt være lidt sløve til at svare på emails, men svinger meget. De ting jeg har fået har aldrig været i stykker.
