Helpmycar.es. I bought a Citreon DS4
I bought a Citreon DS4 from Helpmycar.es in July 2020 with one years warranty. Firstly they advertised free delivery in my area, then when it came to sending the car they asked for 150 euro due to the distance ( I live in the same region as them). Help my car stated that they had carried out checks on the car and all was good.
Straight away we found a knocking noise, when we put it in for a service with Citreon they told us that two shock absorbers where broke and the ball joints were worn. Citreon fixed the problem and when I spoke to Help my car they were so unhelpful, as I had not informed them I had a problem first they are unwilling to contribute anything at all to the repairs even though it was causing damage to the car if I continued to drive it. Regardless if I had told them about it first or not it would still of had to get repaired. I would not recommend this company they are just after quick and easy money with no after sales customer service.
