I TOOK MY EVIDENCE WITH SOME PROVE OF BEEN SCAMMED BY Helveticore TO EVIDENTLTD, so thankful i got a refund

Fully agree with the previous comments. Helveticore.Capital is a complete SCAM. Professional set up offering big investment returns as shown on personal account on the platform but no ability to withdraw funds. The only responses to questions by email are asking for more fees that are set by the invisible "finance department". I have reported to the authorities and prepared to share all the details. Legally operated platforms allow fees to be taken out of the platform - this company demand further payments that escalate. Avoid at all costs.

Having seen an interview with Emma Willis on the Graham Norton Show where she accidently let slip that a website crypto/ trading company was making her lots of money every day, we followed links and got to Helveticore.capital.
The website is excellent and very professional. Having made an enquiry we were told we needed to deposit 250 Dollars to open an account.
We were rung back by Jake Brown.. Senior Account Manager.
He is a great salesman..intelligent, articulate and very professional.
The website is excellent and looks the part.
He said he was going to be in control of the account and every day we were making 1-2% on the money.. He persuaded us that to see real returns we needed to have at least 10,000 dollars in the account to “keep him interested”.
He was so professional, we did it. Within the week the 10,000 had gone up to 12,900 Dollars.
We tested getting some money out, and after a long debate managed to get 1000 Dollars back through Revolut.
Note: the withdrawal has to be submitted and approved by the “Finance Department”

Jake rang me every day trying to persuade me to deposit $50,000 to get amazing results. He sometimes rang me 2 or 3 times a day. Sometimes it showed we had made $8-900 .
We had long discussions which became gradually more heated where he said he would no longer be able to look after my account as it “wasn’t worth his while” with the small amount of $12,900 in my account.
I realised this was a scam now and made an official withdrawal request for the whole amount.
He spent 45 minutes trying to change my mind. I said No.
He thern said he had no choice but to pass me over to a Junior Account Manager and he was now finished with me and the account was “out of his hands”.
Since then no money has been received back.
No Junior Account Manager has contacted me.
The account is still live on the website, but it trades constantly, losing and gaining large and small amounts and the value as we stand is around $ 2800.00.
I suspect it will dwindle to nothing..but I cannot get it anyway.

I can’t contact anyone as the numbers given do not answer..just a constant jingle being played.

Please do not believe what they say. IT IS A SCAM!

I was a fool to believe them, they are so professional.
If, by some miracle they refund my money I will let you know..
