Hemlane has enhanced our company's ability to self-manage our out-of-state rental property portfolio more effectively and provide a greater degree of assurance that tenant submitted service requests are quickly actioned. The tenant experience is important to our business and feedback from onboarding our portfolio and handling support requests has been exemplary. I would totally recommend the Hemlane platform and their additional tenant placement services. I have successfully implemented Hemlane into our business and have not had any regrets and now have greater peace of mind!

All property owners go elsewhere. Horrible customer service and continuous screw up simple task or services.all I use them for is processing my renters rent payment each month and they can’t do that correctly. You will spend hours on hold or giving false promises of someone getting back to you.they just send the same email over and over with different name attached. Also my renter sent payment April 30 and I still on may 7 don’t have it in my account. Don’t give buiness to such a horrible incompetent company. Expect extremely long wait times on phone as well( well over a hour)

Business practices are unethical. Failed to follow through on contractual commitments and unwilling to engage in order to resolve issues.

My experience with this company has been beyond terrible. I will probably end up losing my rental property because I worked with this company. They found and placed a nightmare tenant, then it was hands off and my problem.

In the nightmare tenant's first week, he put in maintenance request to have me install a chandelier in the kitchen, and hire someone to put his TV on the wall. This is a $950 a month studio. The staff at Hemlane thought this was a terrific idea, and asked me when I was going to get going on these requests. But before the tenant moved in, when the toilet wouldn't flush, and I asked Hemlane to find a plumber, the answer was "we don't do that." Okay. As of now, the tenant has not paid rent.

The first property manager Hemlane referred me to went awol with my keys for a whole week. No responses to texts, calls or emails. Later said she had a "personal problem." I should have run at this point.

Their service is shockingly expensive. Seventy five dollars a month for some software that is really difficult to use. No active management or help with anything.... just access to some lousy software.
