When one decides to leave a very positive review about an online purchasing experience it may be regarded as suspect by readers. Let me be clear: I have no business or personal relationship with Henry Archer, and I am submitting this review solely because potential customers deserve to know about an exceptional company that is selling an outstanding product. I must also add that the service provided by Henrik Schodt (aka Henry Archer) was absolutely extraordinary, which made the transaction the best I have experienced in 30 years of online buying. Thank you, Henrik, for all of your professional courtesies.

I have purchased two watches from Henry Archer, with one them on order for delivery in May. The Archer watch I now own is finished to a very high level, and they reflect the best aspects of Danish design. Additionally, they offer a fine value with their reasonable prices. Buy one and find out for yourself.

Amazing Service!

I reached out to these guys about a watch that was given to me, and they responded within 10 minutes stating they would give me a replacement band that was broken. I love this watch and I wear it every day. Thank you for such a great product and fantastic customer service!

I bought a Verden GMT in Halo White from Henry Archer. The whole experience was top notch. I ordered the watch before I went to bed and it shipped before I got up the next morning. I even got a welcome message from the owner. The watch itself is excellent. The fit and finish are better than what I'd expect for a $699 watch. It keeps good time and runs about 7 seconds fast a day. Overall a very good experience.

I purchased the vesterhav and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is superb, the delivery was super quick and the communication from the company was second to none.

I wanted to give my business partners a gift. I purchased 8 watches from Henry Archer. We use the nordic theme in our branding as a company and I fell in love with the dials on these watches. I messed up on my order (didn't realize one of the watches was pre order) and emailed Henrik to see if he could help with the situation. About 30 seconds after sending the email, my cell rang from a Danish phone number. It was Henrik. He sent me a different watch to bail me out. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed with how amazing these dials are in person. I love dealing with companies like this. Thank you!!!

The website is really easy to navigate, and purchasing was easy. I ordered it on Friday evening. It arrived, via DHL, on Monday. Given it came from Denmark and I live in Australia, that is extraordinary service.
The watch is absolutely stunning and keeps time extremely well. However, the automatic movement didn't seem to be working - despite wearing for 15hrs a day, it was stopping every four days or so. I sent an email, and Henrik replied. After a couple of back and forths, he called me personally - in Australia. We had a great conversation and he offered to return the watch to Denmark to be looked at. However, after talking it all thought I felt that maybe I hadn't wound it quite enough, and with Henrik's assurance I couldn't overwind it, we decided to give it once last try before going to the time and expense of returning to Denmark. Thankfully, this was the solution and it has been working perfectly ever since.
I cannot rate Henrik highly enough - his customer service is second to none, as are his watches. I strongly recommend buying one now before everyone else finds out about this amazing company, its founder and it's spectacular watches

I wish I could add more than 5 stars!! I ordered the Kvantum in the green dial. Watch is stunningly perfect! Lighting fast shipping and email communication was beyond reproach. What I REALLY liked, and it was small, but it set the tone for this fantastic watch, was the presentation box. HA knocked it out of the park with the box/case. It's like Christmas opening it. Not like many other watch companies you literally get a box with the watch flopping around inside. Nice touch HA!!. Love the watch. Wearing for the first time at work today and have had a few comments already. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!! Found my new favorite micro-brand. I highly suggest you give HA a go. You won't be disappointed!!

I ordered a Vesterhav 38mm but, like an idiot, I forgot to apply the 10% discount code.
A quick email was sent, asking if they would apply the discount after the fact. I received a reply about an hour later saying that it was not a problem. Bear in mind this was on a Sunday!
The watch arrived on Tuesday morning with nothing more to pay and it has quickly become my daily wear.
Can't recommend highly enough!

Ordered the Verden GMT which is stunning with great finish and quality. It was delivered promtly, along with certificates and a handy and well made case.

What really stands out is the responsiveness and attentiveness of Henrik and the company, from responding to product queries to sending spare parts free of charge.

Received my Nordsø Terra Enceladus today in Northern Ireland, despite it only being shipped from Denmark yesterday. Incredibly quick. The watch is absolutely beautiful and photos of the blue MOP dial, just don't do the watch justice when you see it in the flesh. I wasn't expecting to receive the watch until May, so this was a pleasant surprise to get it early and my emails to the company have been answered immediately, so customer service is very good too. Amazing looking watch, with a great spec, lovely design and well priced for what you get. I will be a repeat customer.

And sure, Kosmos could do with some improvements as any other watch in the world could (crown screwing in till the end, less pointy quick release pins, three piece links, changing yellow gold rotor on a rose gold watch etc.). But in a market saturated with options, Kosmos stands out with its absolutely stunning dial, case design and well measured features. Henry Archer stands out as a brand that truly cares about the art of watchmaking and customer satisfaction. The Kosmos model has earned a permanent place in my extensive but shrinking collection, which speaks volumes about its quality and appeal.
I wish H.A. a future with in-house movements, a future like the one of Christopher Ward, Yema, Chopard, Cartier, and Breguet (why not?!).

Vesterhav Raven. Jeg har ejet, og ejer, mange ure, men har aldrig følt at et ur repræsenterer mig som person på samme måde som dette.
Det ualmindelig gennemførte design, og ikke mindst navnet "Vesterhav" gør bare noget for mig, værende født og opvokset ved Vesterhavet. Uret er lækkert udført og jeg har endnu ikke fundet et "men" ved det. Designet er gennemtænkt og der ikke sparet nogen steder, som man ofte oplever ved andre ure i samme prisklasse.
Efter at have tilpasset lænken, er komforten uovertruffen. Kvaliteten er over hvad man kan forvente for prisen.
Henrik svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål om ordrestatus, og uret blev leveret som lovet.

I just received my new Akva Ocean Cyan and I am amazed. From every angle you look at it, there's always a detail to discover. Everything shows their attention to details: from the brushed/polished finishing of the case to all the details of the dial, lume, coated sapphire, bracelet, craftmanship.
The entire experience was exceptional: the watch itself, the shipping, the packaging, including the letter signed by the owner of the company (that says something...)
I wrote a thank-you email, and, to my pleasant surprise, Henrik, the company owner (!), was kind enough to reply the very next day.
HA will have a special place in my growing collection.

Ordered Monday afternoon a Vesterhav 38, and 36 hours later I already received my watch. Amazing delivery service, I bought the watch on a whim after going crazy with different options. Glad I chose the "budget" option, watch feels quality in the hand. I handled more expensive watch, but this feels just as good in the hand.

Fast delivery -nice watches BUT -discount coupons made difficult to use on the website, photos are not great. You can only return a new watch if you never take the plastic wrap off. So you can't get to see it properly first. I would be very careful ordering make sure you know you want it. Overall they are also overpriced with todays competition.

I bought a NORDSØ - GLACIER CYAN watch recently. It is a beautiful piece. It’s astonishingly accurate. It is very comfortable on the wrist. It has excellent luminosity and a ceramic bezel which also glows in the dark. Even the date window glows. The crystal has an anti reflective coating. All of these features are usually add ons you pay for. To top it off, it ships in a leather case which is in a presentation box. It is excellent value for its price point. I’ve actually corresponded with Henrik a couple of times. He’s very easy to talk to. I cannot recommend his watches enough. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Vesterhav with a white dial as an emergency replacement for my Explorer II that had to have service done. I was going to use it in a wedding this weekend and was a bit stressed about the whole situation so I put in an order without noticing that the Vesterhav was on pre-order. I sent a message explaining my predicament and Henrik, the owner and designer of Henry Archer himself reached out and offered to ship the watch early!!! I received it in the nick of time and he totally saved my outfit for this weekend. I cannot express enough how great the customer experience has been with this brand and the watch itself is ridiculously good for the price. The finish, the details and the specifications almost puts my Rolex to shame, I am extremely happy with their product, and cannot recommend it enough!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. I purchased the Vesterhav blue dial. The finishing and quality of this watch is excellent. It keeps excellet time around +6 seconds a day. The bracelet also has on the fly
micro adjustments so I got the perfect fit. In my opinion the best watch on the market in this price bracket of €500. I would say superior to many brands of watches at 4 to 5 times the price.

I’m pleased with the communication that the manufacturer had with me. The watches arrived on time. They are amazing designs, elegant, excellent quality, and match the description and pictures accurately. I am truly pleased with my new watches. I got the Vesterhav Polaris Purple and the beautiful Sekvens nature (green). They look great and came well packaged and on time.

I have purchased two Henry Archer watches. Both watches are incredibly beautiful and well made. I most recently got the Aventerine Verden GMT. It is a work of art! Very well designed and so comfortable! Henrik worked with me to schedule the shipping date around my travel and work schedule. His communication and customer service are superb! I am very happy with my Henry Archer watches and I will certainly be buying more in the future.
