Our local Optident rep Jessica Boast is excellent; very knowledgeable and helpful. She was a great help when we ran a hands on course a few months ago for local dentists and nothing was too much trouble. She is easy to get in touch with and always quick to respond to anything we need or questions we have.

Anne mcdougall is our rep she is reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Would not work with anyone else.

Her communication is exceptional - fast, friendly and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to help, follows up without being chased and makes the entire ordering process feel seamless and stress-free. She knows her products very well and if ever there’s something she’s not aware of, she’ll go the extra mile to find out! As a busy clinician, that level of reliability and consistency makes a huge difference.
