Customer Service Exceptional
Have not yet used the product to see how well it will or won't help but had to leave a review as the owner (sorry I didn't get your name) goes above and beyond for you.
Helped me out no end with advice and recommendations but what shocked me the most was after I made a purchase it was hand delivered to me by the owner. Possibly because I live nearby but I believe it was because of the situation and that the owner is a sincere and caring person. Really touched me having it delivered by them personally and being able to speak with him for a while. (Apologies for breaking down on you 😅)
I cannot thank them enough for all their help with this and would highly recommend them as an honest, caring, hard working company.

High standards for service and products
From the start of ordering to receiving the oil, the customer service has been impeccable. I was so impressed with Farhad's professionalism, he is so efficient. It was my first time purchasing from Herb40, I won't be going anywhere else to buy the oil now. The oil it's self does exactly what it should, is well packaged and is the perfect strength for me. From ordering to receiving the product was within a matter of hours (if my teenage son had told me it had been delivered when I was out, I might have received it even sooner!)
I give Herb40 5 stars and will be a regular customer.
