I emailed the recommended account for help with fixing the order. Although it took about one week for a response, Kristine was kind in her response and is currently fixing the order. I was looking for a capsule filler for bulk supplements. I found HerbAffairs, Capsule-It, and decided to give it a try. They shipped quickly, it arrived shortly after purchase. Well constructed and comes with easy to understand instruction pamphlet. I had a tiny issue and constacted the company. Kristin responded immediately and went above and beyond expectations to sort my issue out. I am glad I made the purchase from Herb Affair, the capsule-it is worth its weight!!

I have an issue with theft in my neighborhood when it comes to packages and Kristen was very understanding 🙏🏼instead seeking a replacement !! Product arrived on time and in beautiful packaging, there was a slight problem with the unit. Sent an email to the support team describing the problem, they responded the same day and offered to replace it.
