I was pleased with the efficiency of the service. It was a bit disappointing that the product was only available in one litre size on the website, but came as two 500 ml bottles. I would have bought just one 500 ml if that had been available.

Helpful staff
One of the tinctures was not in stock. I was notified by email after restock, and that was helpful. I needed an additional tincture after placing the order, and the staff allowed me to amend it on the phone. Again, very helpful. All the tinctures have about 3 yrs before the BBE date. Over the last 10 yrs there has been a sizeable expansion in the range of herbs stocked.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. I like that i can order 250mls. Usualy min amount of tincturw is 500. One issue i do have is that tinctures are often out of stock.

Unfortunately, levels of stock can depend on seasonality, supplier availability and also the fact that it's dynamic, in that it's hard to predict and forecast how much of and how quickly our products will sell. However, we will endeavour to ensure we have as many products in stock as possible. Thank you for the feedback.

The low score is really for the delivery. On two occasions recently there was no note that delivery had been made. They delivered to a neighbour who assumed I was aware that I had a delivery and so the parcel was with a very patient neighbour for a week

When you taste the tinctures from herbal apothecary, you can really taste the herb. With many other companies, the first thing you taste is the ethanol.
