How long have you been taking our gummies? As we usually say to allow a period of 3-4 weeks before some can feel the full benefits. It may also be a case of finding your optimal dosage and product, as everybody is different and what may work for some is not guaranteed to work for others. We are sorry to hear this. How long have you been taking our bears? As we usually recommend a period of 3-4 weeks to feel the full benefits. Each person's body varies, and so what can work for some, may not work for others. You may find more success in a different product or dosage. The 'white crystals' you mentioned are sugar grains, which is what our gummies are coated in.
