I researched and read quite a bit before I placed my first order with the Herbalist Tea Room. There were some hiccups with the first order, but the issue was immediately rectified after an email. Since then, I've placed three subsequent orders, and it's been spot-on perfect. Even when I'd ordered a particular product and my flavour was no longer in stock, they sent me two others to try instead.

These guys fill a huge void in the UK market. Would not hesitate to order from them again (and will be doing so).

HTR never lets me down, and I have been buying from them for over a year. Always a high quality product. I receive the package that is well packed and sealed, within 36 to 72 hours from making a purchase.
