I first purchased this product with little to no expectations at all but boy was I in for a surprise. It has worked very well for sleeping. I am sleeping an average of 7-8 hours per night without waking up once. It creates a sense of calm without really knowing it, also helps tremendously with anxiety.
After taking one gummy, about 45 minutes later I noticed feeling sleepy and my thoughts weren’t racing as much. These gummies have no aftertaste and are a pleasant texture, not too sticky or too gummy. 10 out of 10!!!!!
