I love herb approach. They have amazing sales and incredible products. I refer them to everyone i know.

It's quite simple. They have good products, good pricing and fast delivery.

My parcel sat in the depot here in town for 4 days and then was delayed an extra day because the driver didn’t think they needed to deliver the parcel…typical of purolator to simply deliver the notice instead of the parcels…. Not impressed but, I’m glad it wasn’t insulin. Meanwhile, I ended up purchasing local, which arrived in the hour…. I think my next choice of purchase will be easy.

The company is great to deal with and the product works well for me. Delivery is always quick.

I only went with Herb Approach because a friend has used them for years and recommended them. That recommendation does not justify the absolute nightmare I experienced. There are plenty of other online services with better deals and far superior customer service that won’t put you through a weeklong ordeal of stress, confusion, and deterioration of your mental health.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Their website wouldn’t let me register my account, support was unavailable over the long weekend, and when I finally reached someone named Mia, she was rude, cold, curt, unhelpful, and ended our chat mid-conversation before anything was resolved.

I had multiple interactions with administration, repeatedly informing them that I rely on cannabis products to manage chronic anxiety, as do many people who use cannabis for medical purposes. Despite this, their service has been anything but compassionate. I was promised a tracking number by Tuesday evening, but it never arrived. By Wednesday morning, I had to contact Mia again, and the experience was the same — dismissive, uninformative, and frustrating.

After days of stress, my order finally arrived — with two out of three vape cartridges completely dead. When I sent video proof, I was offered a $25 credit on a $100 loss, but only if I ordered again. For a first-time customer, that’s insulting.

It’s ironic that a company in the medicinal cannabis space, which should be about support and compassion, is treating customers like this. Their communication is chaotic, their care is dismissive, and their products don’t even work.

Save yourself the money and frustration — shop anywhere else.

Herb approach is always the on point. The process is seamless.

Firstly, getting an email addressing the Canada Post disruption and HA’s quick call to action was great! It allowed me to hop on and check out some deals. Ended up with an order. I don’t know if using Purlator is cost effective for HA but I have to say, their shipping service was impressive! My order arrived in less than 48 hours! Excellent green, excellent shipping; a company that truly cares about their customers

I have been a customer for around 5 yrs. For some reason l don't find it as strong anymore. I read what the description is but l don't find it matches up with what l buy.
What l like is fast delivery.
Just wish it was a strong as when l was first buying it.

With HA switching to Purolator, I was blown away to receive my order less than 24 hours later coming from BC to Ontario. Product amazing as always (got Pineapple Chunk and Hawaiian Cookies ounces).
I highly recommend to anyone to try!

If I could do zero stars, I would!

My friend got sucked in by their flash deals and never did receive the product. Multiple calls to Purolator to find out what’s going on. Her package was sitting in another town and has now been shipped back and because she didn’t purchase separate insurance they’re going to do nothing about it!!!
Over $100 down the drain.
