Her Big Leap changed my life! I was in corporate a couple of years ago and was miserable. I was overworked, underpaid, burnt out and tired of the corporate jumble. I stumbled across Her Big Leap and took the master class. It resonated completely. So I signed up. 12 weeks later... I had so much clarity for my new business, I quit my corporate job, started my own business and a year and a half doing great! I have freedom, flexibility and the money I was looking to make. Her Big Leap was a game changer for me. I had been struggling to decide whether I wanted to start my own business, what I was going to do for a business, and also struggling to believe that I could do it. Sarah and Her Big Leap came through in spades! Sarah’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious. Any interaction on our weekly group calls, monthly individual calls or homework feedback from her kept me excited and on the path towards figuring all of this out. The program allowed me to work at my own pace and the weekly group calls were a source of motivation and support, as well as accountability. I took the leap and have now started my own business. Without Sarah’s support, the Her Big Leap program and the mindset work I did as part of that program, I wouldn’t be living my ideal life right now!

I joined Her Big Leap in Spring 2024 to help me start my own business while working an executive-level corporate job. Through Sarah's program and coaching, I made the commitment and gathered the courage to make the leap from corporate in Summer 2024 so I could focus full-time on my business. After the program concluded, I decided to continue on in Sarah's mastermind group because I knew I couldn't be successful as an solopreneur without the coaching and community to hold me accountable and help me navigate the ups and downs of starting a business. Her Big Leap has been the best investment I could have made in myself, my business and my future.

Before enrolling in Her Big Leap, I was stuck in a cycle of jobs at someone else’s law firm, burning myself out and making white men rich at the expense of almost every aspect of my life: my physical health, my quality time with my baby, and my peace of mind. Over the past couple years, I had found myself repeating, “I’m not ready to start my own practice” – but at the same time, I knew I could no longer continue the cycle of being at someone else’s beck and call: bosses controlling my schedule, clients I didn’t choose, and projects with which I had fundamental disagreements but could not change, as the organizations I worked for did not “give” me the power to do so.

What I valued most about HBL was the structured opportunity to change my mindset: around money, around business, and around my own worth and talent. First, I did not realize how important mindset work was to becoming a business owner. Second, even if I had known how important it was, I am not sure I would have known where to start. This program guides you through in a way that is effective and simple—not easy, but simple! Because internal work and changing years if not decades of thoughts and patterning is never "easy"; but it is always worth it. This kind of work could not have been replicated with a therapist or other traditional practitioner.

You don’t know what kind of business you want to have? It doesn’t matter. The modules and the coaching (group and individual) will lead you down a path where that becomes clear.

You don’t have the funds for fancy websites and marketing? No worries. This program shows you how to get started with basically no resources. More importantly, it will show you models of how to get started and then keep going, toward whatever level you’d like to get to.

You don't have the free time for a 12-week course? Not a concern. I am a single mother to a toddler and have a full-time job and a full social calendar. This program requires some commitment from you, but the mindset work will help you break through your time blocks and barriers around finding the time to do this important work.

Also keep in mind that the team is very insightful with their individual ideas and suggestions for when you do get stuck in logistics and aren’t sure what your next move should be. That goes for both the “soft” work—e.g. how to get over my fear of being the most successful person in my life—all the way to the “hard” skills—e.g. how do I start building a website.

I can’t recommend this program enough. In January it will only be a year since I enrolled and I am on my way to scaling my business to replace my day job. I don’t question anymore “if” it will happen. It’s just a matter of when!
