Truly amazing boxers. In kickstarter campaigns, time to deliver is is always delayed, but the wait is well worth it. Quality is exceptional and the customer service super helpful.

While there have been delays as Wen seems to be a bit of a perfectionist, the product I backed (underwear) has been very, very good. So good I’ve backed the 30 day no wash Tee. When I travel I only want a carry on bag. HercLeon help with this!

I've supported several Kickstarter campaigns and always been happy with the products. They are exceptionally well made and thought through. During the whole process the communication has also always been very thorough and clear, especially regarding time frame and sizing.

I'm not sure that Wen isn't crazy...but it's the good kind, so here we are.

I've never seen a personalized experience or dedicated conversant like Wen in Kickstarter before, but I will say that not only are the products excellent, they company is up front. Yes, if you order from kickstarter there may be delays...and not only will they be explained, but chances are they'll be compensated for somehow. I don't get spammed, I get updated, and the creator's passion for his particular niche of work is palpable. I can say cleanly that my HercLeon henly is my favorite shirt, their underwear are great, and I've get to regret a campaign I've backed or an item they've provided. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes. In a world of my sanity, HercLeon is worth the ride just for humanity and interest alone...

Which would be a shame, if what they offered wasn't awesome. It meets the quality they espouse and I've enjoyed and continue to enjoy them at Kickstarter prices. If I could afford to, I'd do it regularly to.

I hope they keep doing what they do and let me know if they're ever in Seattle. I've enjoyed the ride and plan to keep buying a ticket.

Amazing underwear and socks I use them for everything and they are honestly great i can't wait for their new shirts to drop

The product, underwear, is one of the best I’ve owned. It has functioned as promised. Delivery was delayed. But they were transparent about the delay. The excellent product makes up for the delay. In the end, I look forward to buying Hercleon products again.

I supported their 1st Kickstarter campaign and since then have supported their V4.0 underwear and their current HerShirt V5.0. That should by itself shows my faith in the quality of most of their products.
Price-wise, I would say they are on the high side but my last experience with their 1st underwear was that it wasdefinitely laundry-free for my 4 days trip!
I do not have any experience with their customer service so no comments there.
As for free stuff, I got a free pair of HerLeon socks with my first purchase. It had a hole in it after a few months usage so I wasn't impressed with it but no big deal (thus, I did not consider their socks in future purchases). I feel that freebies should be always something good to have but not expected.
ANyway, keep up the good job!

Most of our clothes and sheets are from HercLeon. Always excellent quality and customer service. The anti-odor items are especially useful for travel but are also great for just reducing how often we need to do laundry.

I didn't quite know what to expect with these products, but for the most part they exceed my expectations, with very few exceptions. The material is very comfortable, and it works as expected. The label can wash out, but really, that's pretty minor as it's printed on. Maybe the newer stuff lasts longer. Sometimes the kickstarter takes longer than expected, but they always come through! I've been in 4 kickstarters so far...just ordered the new shirt technology!

Have ordered (both from their site and kickstarters), products are generally great, although they often miss on timing (no more then most crowdfunding.) They seem to really care about their products and their customers. I will continue to back them.

Everything was great. The products were right on the money. I couldn't be any happier. Keep up the great work..

I like the shirts and socks, but I don’t think they are worth the price personally and the customer service dept. seems to be run by high schoolers based on the responses… gives the ick tbh

“To be honest, I’m not sure how old you are, but I hope you know that no one is entitled to a gift. Someone you don’t know who owes you nothing gave you something for free. Take the gift and enjoy it. We have customers who have spent thousands with us per year and they didn’t get anything for free and didn’t mind it. No need to get greedy because you heard others may or may not be getting more. I just hope you’re below the age of 30 because we’ve honestly never received an email from someone who is upset because they didn’t get more free stuff. Plus, the lack of self-awareness in saying we’re the ones who weren't courteous is pretty atrocious. Most courteous people receive something and are grateful rather than being upset because they could’ve received more.

As you age, please learn gratitude. It’ll make your life better.

UPDATE: they replied and immediately deleted their reply… this company is a joke! And as you can see this is who they get to reply to customer service concerns, I don’t anticipate the company lasting very long which is a shame considering the product isn’t bad.

Really bad experience. I pledged their campaign of underwear V4 and I added comment under it as a joke that I would be probably dead before it arrives. Few hours later my pledge was refunded. It's very unprofessional. Don't deal with these people. It takes a very long time to make and ship their products and they will refund you even if you did not asked for this - just because you asked about shipping time. Ridiculous.

EDIT: hercleon statement is false. Their big ego doesn't let them to agree that they made mistake by refunding my pledge when I didn't ask to.

By the way, you know what's funny? They don't even reply to people contributing to their own Kickstarter campaign for days, but they have time to ban people who leave comments they don't like (within few minutes since comment is posted), and they have time to threaten them via email...
