Heritage Homes were the agents of a recent purchase. Dan Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, really helpful and personable throughout the process, especially as he was not acting on our behalf.

I met Dan 13 months ago after making the difficult decision to sell my Mum’s home. Dan was caring and understanding of the emotional connection I had with the property and consistently showed this compassion throughout the process. He communicated the selling process regularly and was always at the end of the phone to talk should I need him. He gave me honest feedback and suggestions. Dan is a really warm and welcoming person and I would absolutely recommend Heritage Homes.

The sale of my mum’s home was always going to be difficult as it was quite an emotional time. Dan totally understood how difficult this was and made the whole journey as smooth as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above to make sure it went well. I cannot praise Dan and Heritage Homes enough and would highly recommend them.

Heritage Homes made the whole selling process straightforward. I realise it can be good or bad luck with buyers but in my experience they were helpful and got on with the job in hand. They provide advice if you need it.

Selling my parents home has been really tough but having someone to support you through not just the process but the rollercoaster of emotions too has been so important.
