HERO Veterinary Opiniones

I've ordered from Hero Veterinary twice. I received my first order in 4 days (estimated shipping was 14 days, so this was lightening fast). Everything was perfect, including the medication's expiry date in 2031. I placed a second order. The following day, I learned that I no longer need the medication I ordered. I contacted Hero customer service and asked to cancel my order. Hero replied to me within a couple of hours, on a Sunday. The kindly canceled my order and refunded me promptly. I would happily order again in future.

A primeira encomenda chegou no tempo certo, mas a segunda levou muito mais tempo do que o indicado

Got the medication in about 3 weeks, and am grateful. Super helpful, although they take awhile to respond to email.

I received the order exactly as it should be. Communication with the site is very easy. Thank you!

Ordering process was quick and smooth. Delivery was also fast (within promised days). Thank you.

Placed an order on July 9th. Contacted the company for tracking info. Keep saying it is on the way. Nothing as of this morning
Not sure if I will receive my pets life saving medication

Balíček mi prišiel skoro od objednania, bohužiaľ kocúrik mal asi pridružené ochorenia a preto sa ho nepodarilo zachrániť. Lieky som nestihla využiť.

Hero Veterinary were good with communications, the courier service was not as good, but it arrived in the fullness of time and my queries were answered promptly.

Thank you!
