The app has been super easy to use.
It keeps you on track and there are lots of useful ideas for meal idea's,especially when you need a quick protein snack.
I never thought it would be so easy and my weight loss journey has been at a slow and steady pace and the results have been amazing!

I tried Juniper to lose 10kgs and I managed to lose 14kgs on the program. The support was great and they answered all questions along the way.

The support from the team and on the app were a game changer. Initially I was embarrassed and felt I was "cheating" by going down the GLP 1 path and didn't want to let people know what I was doing. The community forum was so encouraging I eventually had the courage to start letting people know how successful this programme has been

3 1/2 months in and I am at my half way…
3 1/2 months in and I am at my half way mark and couldnt be happier. I have had a few moments when I've felt a little unwell, but after chatting to the juniper they gave me tips and followed up on me. Service has been very attentive.
