We alerted Hershey that their Easter chocolate eggs did not taste good and they replied that they were planning to use better ingredients in 2027! Is that really their plan— use subpar ingredients until 2027?

Life long consumer here. I will NEVER purchase another hersheys product again. I purposely left the name uncapitalized for a reason. The company is gone and never coming back. At this point in history, I don't evecare if they come back. 5 years of abstinence from their products weren't enough. Good luck with the corn syrup.....

I called hershey company on Friday saying your candy was too expensive that my kids had to go without Easter candy and you know what your ignorant person answered, they can just go without because we're after the money, I do that before I even called you, it's a crime chain that you can't lower the price. Of Easter, for the kids, that's anything the kids has to look forward to in a good Lord. I hope youngs are running out of business 1 day. I posted it on Facebook so everybody would see what a cruel company you really are. You're after the money not respect of your candy factory.It's been in business 2 hundred years I hope your company goes bankrupt careless

I love Hershey candies, but please don't mix the York patties with any other candy in a bag. It makes the other candies taste like mint.

Hershey's Eggies use to be my absolute favorite Easter Treat. But my daughter brought some home the other night and started complaining about how bad they tasted. I then remember hearing that Hershey's had changed some of it's chocolate formula's to include less real chocolate and more "other" things. I tried one and was saddened to note they taste terrible. I've been buying these since I was a kid but I will not be buying them anymore. I hope that enough people protest (stop purchasing) so they realize that loosing customers is not a profitable way to do business. Maybe we'll see real chocolate return to the shelves.

If I could give 0 stars i would. bought a few bags of heresy's kisses and they are all white in color. they didn't even taste good, spit them out. waxing, sugar chunks not dissolved. whatever they are doing to the chocolate is not working and they should go back to the way it ways. very disappointing as I will NEVER buy their products again.

Why can't I actually taste or see the caramel in the snack size Reese's caramel cup?

the chocolates feel natural,tasty and healthy to eat,the syrups add life to your drinks and food and every other product is a marvel in the industry.

I was a devoted Hershey's buyer but when I noticed bioengineering going on the products it's bye bye for me no more Hershey's for me and I spread it to my family, I just bought m&ms in one of those candy cane at walmart and no sooner than I placed some in my mouth it had a gassy taste to them and the chocolate had a weird taste to them I threw them right out of my car window, no more products of Hershey for me!

I have been a loyal customer of Hershey products for years. But as of late the Hershey syrups have been watered down so much it just sinks to the bottom of the icecream. Disgruntled Customer

No wonder Americans are obese. This is beyond any level I have ever seen. Just the ingredients in itself is disgusting. As an Australian, with an American mum, I am so angry that this company gets away with this crap. Well, it is America. I tried my first hersheys cookies and cream today.
I have never experienced anything like it. Just pure sugar overload with lots of bad chemicals.
Do better America and keep your shitty confectionery out of our Country. Blah 😑

This company should NOT be allowed to make Cadbury products because they don’t follow the same process and ingredients are different. The chocolate is unpleasant and too sugary vs having the taste of cocoa and milk, like the UK. Please request management goes to the UK to actually learn how to make a proper chocolate. I’m shocked that the UK Cadbury allowed Hershey to tarnish its brand

Ordered over $250 of products from the online store. Couple days later received a 30% off discount code via email but Hershey would NOT honor it on the order I placed. Really poor customer service!!!

Spent $16 on a large bag of acai chocolate they were melted crushed and deteriorated when I opened the bag I received for $4 coupons that were expired from Hershey Company made six calls six different times to get new coupons never received a thing and was always told it's in review it's been over a year

Let it be known Hershey company loves taking down single mothers who are only trying to survive. I am not a mega shark tycoon, I apologize for selling your products without LOA but now thanks to your complaints I am unemployed and I fear for my child and how to care for him. Their agents are mean selfish people that ignore pleas and requests. They are a heartless company. Besides their vile and awful products the people whom work there seem to be just as vile and heartless. I will find every place of forum to share my experience with this awful company that is hypercritical they love to have fundraisers, and charities that support women shelters, yet look at how they really care for a single mother.

Just bought a bar of Hersey chocolate hazelnut flavor here in Thailand 7/11...
Could not finish it, i even re-read the packet to be sure of what i bought, cause it felt a mix between chocolate and chewing gum... very bad, i just through it.

It’s actually sold as milk chocolate flavour in U.K not chocolate. You can buy better products for a similar price.

Really Hershey's?? You sell the public a product that is toxic?? High percentage of metals is what I'm reading, and now there's a lawsuit against your company because of your utter disdain for your consumers. Shame on me for trusting you to sell quality ingredients. I used to add your 100% "special" dark chocolate to my matcha thinking I was doing something healthy. No more. SHAME ON YOU!! I hope your reputation goes down in flames. I'll be searching for a safe product to use.

Spent almost $60 on what was supposed to be party favors. I ordered them on 10/11/22. They first said there was a delay and they wouldn't be shipped until 11/1. On that day, they changed it to 11/6. I asked for the order to be canceled and for a refund, which they surprisingly accepted very quickly. Seems like they were never going to make the order at all and just keep pushing back the delivery date.
